Genre Radio (onlineradio.sk) is a free, interactive music streaming service. All music available on this platform is original content created using artificial intelligence (AI). The songs are unique to this site and are not copies or reproductions of existing copyrighted works.

2. AI-Generated Content

Every song on Genre Radio has been generated by AI music models. While we curate and review the output, the compositions, melodies, and arrangements are produced algorithmically. This means:

• All tracks are original to onlineradio.sk.
• No human artist or performer is credited for the musical performance.
• The AI-generated nature of the music does not diminish its quality or your enjoyment of it.

3. Free Streaming

Streaming music on Genre Radio is free and requires no account or registration. You can listen to any genre at any time without restriction.

4. Paid Downloads

Individual songs are available for purchase and download. When you buy a song:

• You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the downloaded file for private listening.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the downloaded song.
• You may not claim authorship of the song.
• Download links are single-use and expire after 24 hours.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to download, scrape, or bulk-copy the music library through automated means.
• Circumvent streaming protections or tokens.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with the service's operation or other users' experience.

6. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated music, the website design, code, visual interface (constellation UI), and branding are the property of onlineradio.sk. The interactive star-map visualization, player interface, and overall site design are original works.

7. Availability & Disclaimers

Genre Radio is provided "as is" without warranty. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, onlineradio.sk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
